Project administration is the set of practices and processes designed for managing tasks. Projects are temporary activities with a certain start and end night out, delivered by simply a team and typically generate a unique goods and services. They can change from simple to actually complex, depending on the Cynefin framework: Simple – Easy-to-Do (SDD); Complicated – Difficult-to-Do; Complex ~ Really Complex (CRC). The project manager is a person with authority and responsibility in the Project Board to run the day-to-day operation of a job.
